What is MPTS?

MPTS means Maximum Power Transfer Solution. MPTS units are the next-generation of power-quality improvement products that Intelligently optimize the incoming and outgoing AC power within the network; thus, eliminating all “Dirty Power” caused by the reactive current produced by anomalies and equipment within the system. This power refinement will measurably reduce the total electrical power demand. Ultimately, allowing for more Utility Power use without added Utility cost. This Power Demand Reduction, System Stability and protection will inherently reduce Total Utility power costs, while lowering your equipment Operating Temperatures, and harmonics, thus Improving the overall AC electrical system performance and extending the Operating Life of the equipment, reducing maintenance, and avoiding unscheduled downtime.

How does MPTS work?

MPTS precisely senses the supply input and demand output, matches the electrical impedance parameters, adjusts the resonance of the resulting network loop, synchronizes and optimizes the output. This process occurs at high speeds in the MPTS device thereby eliminating virtually all the wasted electrical power in the system. It does so by sampling the status of each of the 3 phases 20,000 times a second and adjusting electrical characteristics 10,000 times a second, virtually real-time.

Maximum Power Transfer Theorem (Jacobi’s Law – 1840) focuses on increasing total electrical efficiency by decreasing losses using impedance matching.

  • When losses decrease the phase angle nears zero (0) and the power factor approaches unity (1).
  • As a result of impedance matching the Power Consumption will decrease as the system is Optimized.

The technology used in the MPTS device is based on patented dynamic impedance matching and synchronous processing through solid state electronic switching, dynamic, accurate and precise correction using patented multi-tasking algorithm controls to optimize each phase to attain maximum efficiency.

When connected to electrical AC inductive and other balanced or unbalanced phase loads, the MPTS device dynamically matches the source and load impedances resulting in reduced total power consumption and significant improvement to electrical efficiency and network health.
